Who is your industry mentor?

My Father, Robert Bartholomew, Emeritus Professor, University of Wisconsin – Madison. He always taught me that “Ego is the Enemy of Leadership”, and my Uncle, CMDR Thomas Bartholomew, USN (Ret), career Naval Aviator who sparked my passion for everything aviation. Without them, I would not be in this industry and push myself to learn something new every day.
