Washington Insider Update Videos deliver timely information and updates to airport executives who need to be in the know on industry-related developments on Capitol Hill and around Washington.  WIU Videos are filmed live from the AAAE studio and are sent on Mondays (when Congress is in session) with an outlook for the coming week, in addition to additional videos whenever events warrant.

    AAAE's Joel Bacon previews the busy week in Washington, including a Senate vote on the nomination of Elaine Chao to be Transportation Secretary, a hearing on the TSA and legislation on airport employee access control. With the Trump Administration taking a number of executive actions in its first week in office, Bacon also reviews the refugee travel ban and orders regarding environmental reviews, federal funding to sanctuary cities, a federal hiring freeze and regulatory relief.
