All registrations received after Friday, April 21, 2017, will be processed upon check-in during registration hours at the conference. Attendees who mail or fax registrations and do not receive an email confirmation letter should bring a copy of their registration form and payment information with them. Rosters will be printed and shipped several weeks in advance of the conference dates. A final roster of attendees will be available after the conference concludes.
