GA Economic Impact Statements
To assist General Aviation airports in accurately determining the economic benefits they bring to their communities, the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Elite Services Group, LLC (ESG) have combined their efforts to bring airport executives a valuable and inexpensive economic impact analysis.
The Economic Impact Analysis is quick, reliable, and easy to use. Participating airport managers simply provide information on their operations through an Internet-based survey. In a little over one week, AAAE will produce a customized report detailing the Direct, Indirect, and Induced economic impact. The economic impact report is based on a model developed from information for more than 300 airports such as: flight operations, operating budget, number of aircraft, and local per capita income. (You can view the questionnaire before purchase.)
By highlighting its effects on employment and business, the AAAE/ESG Economic Impact Analysis helps demonstrate your airport’s vital role in your community. The total economic benefits of airports (dollars and jobs) are measured in terms of the amount of money spent because of the airports, the amount earnings for local residents, and the number of full-time equivalent jobs generated due to the airport.
