Interactive Employee Training

How Would You Like An On-Site, Automated, Airport Employee Training System That:
- Is easy to use
- Comprehensive and customized
- Places the employee at ease during the training process
- Can simultaneously train multiple individuals
- Available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week
- Automatically keeps track of all training records for you, and
- Is AIP and PFC eligible.
AAAE's Interactive Employee Training (IET)
system does all of this and more. In fact, IET user airports
report that the consistency of training improves. Course content can be
easily verified and test scores tracked in real time. The level of
customer service the airport provides to its tenants and contractors
increases because the airport can offer training sessions more often,
accommodate walk-ups or those with appointments and deliver training
during nights and weekends.
Check out the video below to hear how IET is helping several airports meet their training needs.

The IET System Minimizes
Training Hours and Amplifies Cost Savings
The IET system is designed to minimize instructor hours related to
repetitive training and reduce staff time dedicated to the training
process. As the training mandates and the number of employees grow, IET
technology amplifies the cost savings.
The IET System is patented technology by both the United States and
Canadian Governments that provides an airport with all of the hardware
and software necessary to train airport personnel quickly, easily, and
at a fraction of the normal cost.
IET Offers the Most Important Topics Needed for Airport Training Today, Including:
- Part 139 Compliance Training
- SIDA (Security Identification Display Area)
- Driver Training (Movement and Non-Movement Areas)
- Basic Airport Security Awareness
- Customer Service
- Runway Incursion Prevention
- And More!
Other customized programs, limited only by
the imagination, can be developed
in conjunction with the airport client upon request.

The IET System is a stand alone, interactive computer based training
system. It utilizes digital video that is captured on location at your
airport. IET Training programs are highly effective because each one
features your airport's work environment and makes the actual workplace
the training background.
Our in-house video production team will videotape the training footage,
put it together in our edit suites, and deploy the final product to you
as a high quality, interactive video training program.
The interactive training course will then be loaded onto specialized,
dedicated IET workstations that are installed at your airport. The IET
operating system automatically manages the training courses, tests and
tracks each individual training record, making it hassle free!
Everyday, IET
Systems deliver training programs around the country to more than 1,075
airport employees.
Below, you will find more video samples of the IET System that other
airports have used to cost-effectively train airport and contractor
employees.
