The Public Relations programs will help airport boards, directors, supervisors and those in PR get a better understanding for how to deal with the press and the public when it comes to emergencies and public image (such as marketing and appearance).

| AAAE has developed an On-Site training workshop focusing on helping employees to better understand the skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary for reaching excellence in service delivery. This program is ideal for those employees that either hold supervisory positions, are on track for such positions, are leaders within their teams, or simply have the ability to positively impact other employees and customers. |
