AAE Program Application
Affiliate Members -
If you have one full year of experience working in an airport, and wish to enroll in the Accredited Airport Executive program, you may do so by:
1) completing the on-line application -or-
2) downloading and faxing the printable application to 703-797-9018 -or-
3) downloading and mailing the printable application to 601 Madison St., Suite 400, Alexandria, VA 22314
Non-members -
Provided that you meet the requirements of Affiliate membership, please complete an application for membership and the Accredited Airport Executive program by following the steps above.
Once your application is processed, you will receive information via e-mail on how to access the free electronic study materials within 3 to 5 business days. If you wish to purchase hard copies of the study materials, please click here.
Other things to consider -
- Program enrollment is contingent on current membership in AAAE.
- There is a one-time fee to enroll in the Accredited Airport Executive program, not to be confused with yearly membership dues.
- Only affiliate members are permitted to join and pursue the Accreditation program.
- Should your membership status change, you will be administratively removed from the Accredited Airport Executive program, and placed in the Certified Member program.
- All candidates are encouraged to complete the program within five years of acceptance. After the fifth year, candidates will receive a $100 administrative fee every year until completion. Should you cancel your enrollment, or fail to pay the $100 administrative fee and wish to resume your program studies at a later date, a $250 reinstatement fee will be imposed.
- PURCHASE ORDERS - all purchase orders must be accompanied by a program application. Acceptance into the program along with access to the study materials will be provided once payment has been processed.

Any attempt to submit false information or to embellish one’s employment status will result in immediate cancellation of membership and program enrollment as it is a violation of AAAE’s Code of Ethics. No refunds for membership and program fees will be provided to those in violation of this policy.
