CM Program Application
Please complete and submit your application via the on-line or printable form located on the left along with your payment. Applications will typically be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Applications submitted with a purchase order will be processed when payment is received.
Note to students - You will need to submit a copy of your current class schedule along with your CM application before it can be processed. If you submit an application on-line, please e-mail your class schedule to accreditation@aaae.org. Otherwise, please include your class schedule with your application.

Any attempt to submit false information or to embellish one’s employment / student status will result in immediate cancellation of membership and program enrollment as it is a violation of AAAE's Code of Ethics. No refunds for membership and program fees will be provided to those in violation of this policy.
