CLE Credit Information

Please visit the CLE Information page on Kaplan Kirsch and Rockwell's Airport Law Workshop website for the latest updates on approved states.

It is the responsibility of each participant to file the appropriate paperwork with your state bar(s) for continuing legal education (CLE) for this course. All participants will receive a letter certifying their attendance to obtain CLE credits for your particular state bar.

CLE accreditation is granted on a state-by-state basis. Each state has its own rules and regulations that define eligible course content for CLE credit. Due to varying state bar approval procedures, we cannot foresee how many credits the workshop will be approved for. However, typically this course earns between 13-15 hours of general CLE credits.

Registrants may request accreditation from specific states after the workshop has taken place by usually providing course materials. (Note: IMLA is a certified provider of CLE programs in many states, and their support for this program will be useful in securing CLE credits.)

Course information and the list of approved states will be updated as it is received.

If you have questions or require additional documents to complete your state filing, please contact Pauli Ingwersen or Jessica Seyller with Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell.
