Jeremy Valcich is the Director, Regulatory Affairs for the American Association of Airport Executives. In his role, Jeremy represents and advocates for AAAE’s members before the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration and other agencies overseeing the U.S. aviation industry. He serves as the staff liaison to various AAAE policy committees, organizes and runs important industry meetings, and provides continuous updates to airport executives regarding regulatory action and developments in Washington, D.C.. Prior to joining AAAE, Jeremy managed multiple Part 139 programs at the Southwest Florida International Airport, particularly fueling inspection records (139.321) as well as the self-inspection records (139.327). Jeremy also assisted with the publishing of an aircraft removal plan for KRSW’s single runway operation through ACRP guidance. More recently, Jeremy served as Chair of the AAAE Young Professionals Committee. In this role, he helped develop and implement new networking and educational opportunities for the next generation of airport professionals. Jeremy began his career as an intern with the Operations department at Jackson Hole Airport. He is a native of the seacoast of New Hampshire, but currently resides in Arlington, Virginia. He is an avid sports fan having been a multi-sport athlete growing up. He also loves to travel to different cities, sports venues, and national parks.
