** Prerequisites: Basic Snow Academy Completion is required prior to Advanced Snow Academy Enrollment.
**Attendance at the 51st NEC/AAAE International Aviation Snow Symposium April 22-26, 2017, is required for all candidates registering for the Advanced Snow Academy.

The successful completion of the Snow Academy provides the attendee with recognition in the industry as a highly trained professional Snow Fighter, ready to enhance airfield safety during the winter months.
Graduates from the Advanced classes earn the distinction of being an "Airport Snow Expert" or A.S.E. which is accredited by the AAAE. Graduates from the basic class earn a certificate only. Lastly, the Advanced class is only instructed at the Snow Symposium in Buffalo and therefore anyone wishing to attend the Advanced sessions must also attend the Snow Symposium.
