Tuesday, May 26 & Thursday, May 28, 2020 | 2 p.m. ET | Online

About

As the COVID-19 crisis continues, HR professionals everywhere are having to stay on top of ever-changing information, laws and regulations in order to provide leadership, managers and employees with what they need during this time.

In this two part series, hear what airport HR leaders are doing in terms of identifying and implementing safety and preventative measures, drafting new policies and procedures, communicating with employees, and guiding managers on how to deal with employee reactions, workforce shortages, failure to follow protocols and potential legal issues.

Session one, Leading the Organization, is a dynamic session focused on the employee. Session two, Guiding Managers, builds on the knowledge gained in session one as you turn your focus to management.
