John Hudson is a Technical Support Specialist for the American Association of Airport Executives. He has more than twenty-five years of extensive experience in Information Technology/Customer Service, including fifteen years managing/supervising multiple-sites, technical support in various industry operations.
His skills include designing and building call centers and inventory control systems, training/mentoring, documentation creation, managing vendors and handling small-to-large environment communications, network support and implementation.
John holds a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. He was President’s Club Recipient in 2006 (Computer Generated Solution) and was a Top Performer Recipient in 2008 (Niksun, Inc.).
