Victoria Tortolero, ACE, is a Manager, Training and Business Development, for the American Association of Airport Executives. She is leading AAAE’s efforts to create and sustain online training courses, facilitate the national recognized Airport Safety and Operations Specialists Schools, and manage the Airport Certified Employee (ACE) Operations program. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and Master of Science in Natural and Applied Sciences in Aviation and Space from Oklahoma State University. She earned AAAE’s Airport Certified Employee – Operations in September 2014.
Victoria has more than 14 years of aviation industry experience spanning both the airport and airline industries. She started her aviation career at Midland International Airport (TX) which led to progressive and fulfilling roles at Sacramento International Airport (CA), Dallas Love Field Airport (TX), and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey - John F. Kennedy International Airport (NY). Most recently, she served as Manager of Emergency Response for Allegiant Airlines in Las Vegas, Nevada.
