May 13, 15, & 17, 2024 | 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. ET | Live ONLINE Training

What to Expect

Welcome to the Innovation Skills Bootcamp! During the course of the session you are going to learn a series of innovation skills that can be immediately applied to your job. The session will consist of teaching moments, hands-on activities, and discussion, all designed to keep you experiencing and learning. This workshop might be unlike any other you’ve attended, so come prepared to think, learn, and have fun!

Who are we?

We’re GIANT Innovation. Our expert facilitators have worked with airports, as well as other large global organizations in heavily-regulated industries like energy, insurance and banking. Our goal is to help people at every level of the organization – from the C-level executives to frontline employees – think and act more innovatively.

What will you learn?

You will go through the innovation process and learn  future workforce skills over four modules:

  • SESSION 1 - DISCOVER: Using the “jobs-to-be-done” theory of innovation as a foundation, this module provides participants with a powerful framework to create products and services that are one step ahead of the competition.
  • SESSION 2 - CREATE: Using creative brainstorming to generate novel ideas. Drawing on the latest creativity and neuroscience research, this module contains a host of techniques that anyone can use to become a more creative problem solver.
  • SESSION 3 - TEST: Testing ideas to maximize the likelihood of success. Participants will learn to maximize the likelihood that new concepts succeed by using low-risk, low-resource experiments to test, learn, and iterate.

What about conflicts?

We are aware that you have other pressing commitments that may come up during the Bootcamp. However, since skill learns are cumulative and team-based, we ask you to arrange your schedule to keep interruptions to a minimum.
