Stephanie Gupta is the Senior Vice President for Security and Facilitation at AAAE. With over 25 years of legislative experience, Stephanie manages and implements security policy and passenger facilitation initiatives on behalf of airport members’ interests on Capitol Hill and at the Department of Homeland Security, most notably with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Transportation Security Administration. Prior to joining AAAE, Stephanie served as both the minority and majority clerk for the Senate and House appropriations subcommittees responsible for funding DHS and its component agencies. In addition to her expertise on security and facilitation issues, Stephanie was a member of the professional staff of the subcommittee responsible for funding the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration. Stephanie also worked for the U.S. Government Accountability Office as a Senior Aviation Analyst.
