Housing poachers and data scammers pose as representatives of AAAE or ACC to solicit hotel reservations and sell unofficial attendee rosters. These companies or individuals are known to constantly change their company and domain names, so we encourage you to pay special attention to anyone soliciting on behalf of AAAE or ACC. Solicitation of hotel reservations from any other organization or individual other than AAAE and its staff is NOT authorized by AAAE and may have inaccurate room inventory, unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Note that the only truly authorized information concerning the AAAE/ACC Planning, Design, and Construction Symposium will come directly from AAAE or ACC and will be accessible through our website. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to [email protected]. Please also note that AAAE does not sell any attendee roster lists, so do not get tricked into paying anyone for that information.
