Innovator Sponsor ($5,000)

    • Your provided scrolling presentation will be displayed on ‘Virtual Exhibit’ TV(s) throughout the event.

Additional Information

  • All meal function sponsorships include the opportunity to provide marketing materials for the room, including one pop up banner and flyers for the tables. Marketing material can only be displayed during your company's sponsored event.
  • Registrations are valued at $850 each.
  • Please take note of the specific tangible sponsorship options in the Sponsorship Contract that must be provided by the sponsor.

Thank you for agreeing to sponsor this event. By submitting your sponsorship registration your company agrees to pay AAAE for the sponsorship selected no later than Friday, July 22, in order to guarantee execution of sponsorship benefits. Rates for sponsored items and events do not reflect the full cost and contributions made to AAAE for sponsorship will be used to defray overall costs of the conference. AAAE reserves the right to list companies as co-sponsors. Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing by June 11. No refunds will be issued after that date. Rosters will only be shared with sponsoring companies after all fees have been paid. This contract serves as a binding legal document.
