The Academic Relations Committee has the following program opportunities available at the conference:

Sunday, April 15
8 - 3 p.m. Student Research Project Display Setup in the Exhibit Hall
   
8:30 - 9:45 a.m. AAAE Regional Chapter Meetings
(Students are encourage to attend at the region of their choice)
   
10:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Navigating the HR Gauntlet
This session will focus on entry-level applicants gaining access to the career world, which can be a daunting process. Listen to our speakers visit about proper resume and cover letter writing skills as well as requirements for an applicant’s materials to pass through the human resources processes to gain the all-important interview. The speakers will also impart important interviewing techniques (soft skills) needed for success!

Students from e3 Civic High of San Diego, will have an opportunity to participate in student program sessions and tour the Exhibit Hall, while learning about careers available in airports and aviation management, and networking with college student attendees and airport/aviation management professionals.
   
8:30 - 10 a.m. Student Chapter Workshop
This is an opportunity for Student Academic Members to talk about their Student Chapters activities in an open forum, and to discuss common interests and challenges in today's environment.

Informal job fair where academic members, interested in future employment and/or internship opportunities, can network with airports, consultants, and service companies looking to fill future or open positions. More formal one-on-one interviews may be scheduled by interested employers.
