AAAE Academic Members/Student Chapter Sessions

The Academic Relations Committee has the following program available for students attending the conference:

Sunday, June 16
8:30 - 9:45 a.m. AAAE Regional Chapter Meetings
(Students are encourage to attend at the region of their choice)
   
10:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. Internships: Value Added Education

This session will highlight three airport professionals who will discuss the types of internships available, important resources for students, what a day in the life is like, and professional do’s and don’ts of interning. The fourth speaker is a senior at UND who will speak about his experience over his two internships. This session will not only benefit students but it will be helpful to executives looking to establish an internship program at their airport.

employment and/or internship opportunities, can network with airports, consultants, and service companies. Some organizations may be interviewing at the conference. Others may just be there for informational purposes.
