Innovation Theater

AAAE is looking for unique and innovative product or service demonstrations that share something new with attendees. From drones and new-age innovations to the future of the passenger experience, exhibitors will have the opportunity to share the latest and greatest in the industry!

Attendees, connect with industry professionals who will have insight and solutions to the latest challenges at your airport, and receive one-on-one attention during follow-up question-and-answer sessions.

Presentation are 15 minutes with 5 minutes at the end for Q&A.
Innovation Theater Application Period will open in early 2019.


*The cost of each approved presentation is $750, which includes the marketing of your session and audio visual equipment.
