Corporate membership is open to public or private companies and corporations, who are engaged in activities related to aviation, or who offer a product or service of interest to airport management and wish to further their contacts within the aviation industry.  AAAE airport executive members are encouraged to buy products and services from AAAE corporate members, and these members also receive substantial savings on marketing and promotional opportunities for their products or services.

Corporate Member Only Benefits

Listing in AAAE Corporate Member Directory
The online membership directory contains valuable information on the association and the airport industry. In addition, it provides unlimited access to airport member contact information, and your company will be listed in the corporate member directory to increase your visibility among AAAE airport members.

AAAE Vendor Search Listing
Corporate Members receive a listing in the AAAE Vendor Search, a database dedicated to airport executives and available to AAAE airport members as well as non-members. Users can search by company, contact name or product and service category.

Corporate Member Logo
AAAE's corporate member logo, designed specifically for corporate members, can be used on promotional materials, business cards, or letterhead and is a valuable marketing tool that demonstrates your support of the association.

Web and Mobile App Ads for AAAE Corporate Member Companies 
AAAE will run, at no charge to AAAE Corporate Member Companies, ads on the AAAE.org homepage and on the AAAE mobile app for a minimum of two days each.  Companies are invited to submit ads for both the website and mobile app.  

In order to take advantage of this enhanced member benefit, you must provide AAAE with the following:

To take advantage of the AAAE website ad:
  • 350 x 378 high resolution .jpg ad

To take advantage of the mobile app ad offer:

  • 480x50 high resolution .jpg ad
  • 800x66 high resolution .jpg ad
  • Please note, for the mobile app, we need the ad in both sizes.

The exact web address where you’d like your ad to direct visitors

Please submit your ads via email to Gwen.Basaria@aaae.org.  Existing AAAE Corporate Members were contacted in February 2016 regarding this benefit.  New AAAE Corporate Members are welcome to participate as well.

Eligibility

  • Employees may enter the Certified Member Program (C.M.) at any time without paying individual membership dues.
  • Once an organization is a AAAE Corporate Member, all staff are entitled to the member benefits!
