NEW! Exhibitor Solutions Theater and Exhibitor Innovation Theater

New this year we have added an Exhibitor Solutions Theater! This will be where products and or services that have been in the industry for more than the allowed time-frame to present in the Innovation Theater will be able present.  

Presentations are 15-minutes with 5 minutes at the end for audience Q&A. Think brief, fast paced, and graphical for your 15-minute presentation. Presenters are urged to offer the audience the chance to continue the conversation at their booth at the conclusion of the presentation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Solutions Theater and the Innovation Theater?
The Solutions Theater is where products/services that have been in the aviation industry for MORE than 18-months will be presenting. The Innovation Theater is reserved for products/services that have been in the industry 18-months or LESS.

Where do I apply?
Confirmed Exhibitors should apply to present in the EXHIBITOR PORTAL.

Are there separate applications for Innovation and Solutions?
No, you will fill out the application in the EXHIBITOR PORTAL and it will be determined by a committee which theater you will present in.

How much does it cost to present?
There is no fee to apply. The cost of each approved presentation is $1,000, which includes the marketing of your session and basic audio visual equipment.

How long should the presentations be?
Presentations are 15-minutes with 5 minutes at the end for Q&A.

When are the presentations taking place?
Presentations will occur during exhibit hours - time slots will be assigned by AAAE if your presentation is approved.

How many seats are in each theater?
Each theater will be set with 50 chairs.

What is the approval time frame?

The application submission deadline is Friday, March 27. Letters of acceptance will be emailed to your logistic contact on Wednesday, April 8.

Will audio visual equipment be provided?
Each theater will host a large projection screen, microphone, laptop and table for your presentation materials.
