1 Full conference registrations include all sessions, admittance into the Exhibit Hall, three breakfasts, three luncheons, all refreshment breaks and evening events, either of the optional airport tours (subject to confirmation of registration by AAAE) and all handouts. Any airport/company registering three or more employees at one time will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on registration fees only. Registrations must be received via fax, email or mail at the AAAE office at the same time in order to receive the discount. Note: AAAE reserves the right to cancel this program if the number of registrants is insufficient; due to acts of God; or any other reason beyond AAAE’s control. In this event, we will notify all registrants and credit the full registration fee toward another AAAE meeting, product or service. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant.
Cancellation Policy: : Registrations and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received on or before May 7, 2021, are subject to a $150 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds after this date. Substitutions will be accepted without penalties. The difference between member and non-member price will be charged if a non-member replaces a member. Cancellations with outstanding invoices received within two weeks of the start of the conference, will require full payment on the balance due. Refunds will not be provided, and balance dues will not be forgiven for no-shows. Pre-Registration Deadline: All registrations received after May 17, 2021, will be processed upon check-in during registration hours at the conference. Attendees who mail or fax registrations and do not receive an email confirmation letter should bring a copy of their registration form and payment information with them. Rosters will be printed and shipped several weeks in advance of the conference dates. A final roster of attendees will be available after the conference concludes. For further information, contact

AAAE Media Access Policy:The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) reserves the right to grant at its sole discretion access to TV, radio and print media organizations or individuals that have registered and received prior authorization from AAAE at least 72 hours prior to an AAAE event they wish to cover. Due to the sensitive nature of some discussions, not all sessions at some AAAE events will be open to media.
