  • Proof of full-time enrollment such as current class schedule and projected graduation date need to be submitted before membership will be processed.
  • Following graduation, individuals shall be eligible to remain in the Academic membership classification for a period of up to two years from the date of graduation or until obtaining gainful employment in the field of aviation, whichever occurs first, provided they were AAAE members prior to graduation. 
  • Academic members are eligible to enroll into the Certified Member program once they upgrade to Academic Graduate status. However, they are not considered an AAAE certified member until they submit proof of graduation to AAAE.
