AAAE Monitoring Coronavirus Impact

Thank you for your interest in AAAE’s professional development offerings. AAAE has been closely reviewing the reports and information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) on the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and as there are currently no restrictions on travel within the U.S. or from most international destinations, our conferences, meetings and trainings will continue to take place as planned.

We remain committed to continue to monitor the latest information available from global public health organizations on behalf of our attendees and remain dedicated to maintaining their health and safety. Towards this end, we will be following CDC recommendations at our events by disinfecting common surfaces and equipment periodically throughout the day and making available disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer for attendees. We look forward to having productive, safe and successful events.

Should you have any questions, please contact us at 703-824-0504 or aaaemeetings@aaae.org.
