A.A.E. Information Center

Accreditation Incentives Program

Recognizing the importance of well-trained airport management personnel to the future of the airport industry, AAAE and the Accreditation Value Committee developed an incentive program that supports airports that compensate employees who earn the A.A.E. designation.

Each airport will be required to complete and sign an agreement with AAAE (available below), as well as submit a copy of their incentive program.  Copies of airport incentive programs should explicitly state whether it is a newly formed or modified, existing program.  The effective date of this program is when the contract is signed by AAAE and the participating airport. For more information on how to implement the new AAAE Accreditation Incentive Plan at your airport, please see the brochure link below, or contact Amy Calliari at amy.calliari@aaae.org.
