Rhona DiCamillo is a principal with DKMG Consulting LLC, which provides a full range of financial consulting services to airports. Ms. DiCamillo has successfully represented many airport clients with airline negotiations, rates and charges issues, PFC applications, plans of finance, feasibility studies, bond issuances, rating agency presentations, gate usage procedures, development of consolidated rental car facilities, and negotiation of rental car agreements. Previously, Ms. DiCamillo was the Deputy Commissioner of Aviation for the City of Chicago with responsibilities for airline affairs and properties for the Chicago Airport System.

Mr. Underwood currently serves as Vice-President, Finance at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Mr. Underwood leads a team that is responsible for accounting, reporting, analysis, capital planning, and budgeting/planning. In this role, Mr. Underwood’s focus is on automating and streamlining processes, strengthening internal controls, improving financial analysis and leading the financial aspects of DFW’s current airline use agreement negotiations. Mr. Underwood is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds BBA and MBA degrees from Baylor University. He is a graduate of the ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP). Mr. Underwood has served as a member of the ACI-NA Finance Steering Committee and the ACI-NA Budget Committee.


Mr. Michael F. Zonsius, A.A.E., CPA

Michael Zonsius is a life-long aviation enthusiast specializing in airport accounting and finance. His background expands over thirty years with experience at two large, one medium, one small and one non hub airport, three general aviation reliever airports, and two aviation related facilities. He is currently employed as the Chief Financial Officer for the Albany County Airport Authority. Prior to his employment with the Albany, Michael was employed for approximately nine years as the Chief Financial Officer for the Chicago Department of Aviation responsible for the financial operations at both O'Hare and Midway International Airports. Before joining CDA, he acted in the capacity of Finance Director at the Kansas City International, Charles B. Wheeler, Greater Rockford, and Chicago Executive Airports. Michael also worked for AvPORTS, LLC, as the airport manager for the Gary/Chicago International Airport. Michael is an accredited member of the American Association of Airport Executives and holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Technology from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from DePaul University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, a Commercial Licensed Pilot and previously licensed Certified Flight Instructor. At the college level, Michael has taught Fiscal Aspects of Aviation Management, Principles of Accounting, Cost Accounting, Principles of Finance and Economics.
