Masters Student | Cleveland State University - Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs

“I am enrolled at Cleveland State University, Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program. This semester, I will be taking an Organizational Behavior class as part of the core curriculum. So far, I have completed 20 semester hours out of 44 hours required. I have particularly enjoyed the Ethics in the Public Sector class and the City Management Seminar. I am looking forward to this semester and future semesters as I work toward my goal. I am thankful to the AAAE Foundation for awarding me with several scholarship grants over the years. I work full-time in a professional position and I would be unable to study on a half-time basis which is required for Federal Financial Aid. One class per semester is my plan and the goal is to graduate by 2020. Without the AAAE Foundation Scholarship grants, it would be very difficult for me to fund this education. I am grateful for the opportunity this program affords me because I am a non-traditional student and this suit my unique circumstances very well.”
