General Information

The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) is pleased to present the Airport Certified Employee (ACE) – Security Regional Onsite Review Course, June 10-13, 2019 in Denver, CO at Denver International Airport .
All sessions will start at 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. daily. 

The ACE-Security Training Course is a 4-day program and provides a comprehensive review of the ACE-Security modules in preparation for the 100 multiple choice examination on the last day of the course.  The content of the body of knowledge contains a blend of U.S. and international regulatory advisory information that is intended to establish a baseline of aviation security knowledge for professionals working in this dynamic environment. This course includes a multiple choice final exam that must be passed with a 70% or higher in order to receive the ACE designation certification. This course meets CFR 49 Part 1542.3 (Airport Security Coordinator) and individuals who attend this review course will also receive the Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) certificate.

Individuals who wish to register for this training course and wish to take the exam on the last day of class to potentially earn the ACE designation must be enrolled into the ACE-Security program.  Upon registration, candidates will receive a welcome email to the course with detailed information about training location and logistics. Candidates will also receive a PDF format of the course materials via email. Upon arrival to class, candidates will receive hard copy modules and a workbook. It is encouraged that candidates who attend this review course thoroughly review the ACE-Security modules prior to the first day of the course.

Course logistics
Time and dates
: Class will start on Monday, June 10th at 8:30 AM, and will end at 4:30 PM daily. Final examination will be administered on Thursday, June 13th after lunch.
Dress Code: Business casual.
Meals: Coffee/Water/Light Snack Option will be provided daily, courtesy of our host.
Parking: we will validate parking. Please bring your parking ticket to class daily. we are not able to validate in short term/valet lots.
Classroom Location: conference room for the course will be located in the secured area on Concourse A. Non DEN candidate will be vetted before class. More information on the process will be provided to each candidate upon registration.
