Enjoy a tour of the Terminal Balancing project currently underway at PDX. This development is designed to increase the efficiency of airport operations, prolong the longevity of existing terminal facilities, and increase the level of service for passengers. This is an active construction site that requires boots/hiking boots. Tennis shoes and dress shoes are not allowed.
A few facts about the project include: Extending Concourse E by approximately 840 linear feet (148,000 square feet), six new contact gates, and a highly efficient building envelope that includes natural daylight and a fantastic view of Mt. Hood.
