The ACE-Airfield Lighting Maintenance program is an extensive curriculum based on FAA, U.S. military and international recommendations. The course is designed to provide detailed electrical theory and proven maintenance techniques while educating and challenging airport personnel with airfield lighting maintenance responsibilities. It is highly recommended that students study the course materials before attending. There is a 100-question examination that must be passed in order to receive ACE certification; however students are not required to take the exam.

The ACE-Security Training Course is a 3.5 day program and provides a comprehensive review of the ACE-Security modules in preparation for the 100 multiple choice examination on the last day of the course. The content of the body of knowledge contains a blend of U.S. and international regulatory advisory information that is intended to establish a baseline of aviation security knowledge for professionals working in this dynamic environment. Individuals who wish to register for this training course and wish to take the exam on the last day to potentially earn the ACE designation must also be enrolled into the ACE-Security program. It is encouraged that candidates who attend this review course thoroughly review the ACE-Security modules prior to the first day of the course. This course meets CFR 49 Part 1542.3 (Airport Security Coordinator) and individuals who attend this review course will also receive the Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) certificate.

This three day program is comprehensive review of the ACE - Operations modules in preparation for the 100 multiple choice examination on the last day of the course. The course curriculum is a Part 139-based curriculum designed to educate and challenge airport personnel with airfield responsibilities or anyone interested in a related career. This interactive course is comprised of professionally developed material based on Part 139 requirements and is delivered through several methods: lectures, case studies, and videos. The course materials have been reviewed by FAA and senior operations personnel at large and small hub airports around the country. ACE - Airfield Operations covers universally applicable airfield information, as well as operational regulations and procedures specific to your airfield.
