Session One: Professional Networking and Social Media
Attending this session can increase your potential employer list by 100. Gone are the days of writing only a résumé and cover letter. Professional social networks are used more and more to review the credentials of prospective employees. This session includes suggestions and exercises to learn how to write effective résumé bullets, cover letters, and update LinkedIn profiles to capture the attention of these new age employers.

This is an opportunity for Student Chapter Faculty Advisors to learn what their colleagues are doing to promote participation in their respective AAAE Student Chapters, and to discuss methods for ensuring the growth of future Student Chapter leadership.

Academic Session V: Student Career Fair Part I – Networking Session
Informal job fair where academic members, interested in future employment and/or internship opportunities, can network with airports, consultants, and service companies looking to fill future or open positions. ADK Executive Search will also be present to discuss best practices for interviewing, résumé writing, and more.

Please note, airport tours are complimentary to attend but require advanced sign-up during your registration process.  Both tours are held simultaneously, therefore attendees are only allowed to participate in one tour.

  Student/Academic attendees are encouraged to attend sessions of their preference on the final day of the conference! Review the program agenda educational tracks for sessions of interest.
