If you wish to participate, you may register on-site at the Hilton Daytona on Wednesday, February 23, from 1:30-6 pm; Thursday, February 24, from 7:30 am-4:30 pm; or Friday, February 25, from 7:30 am-3 pm. All fees are in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Registration fee includes all handouts, a welcome reception, the Thursday evening event, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, and refreshment breaks. The delivery method is group-live and the program level is basic. No prerequisites or advance preparation are required. Program content is current as of the start date of the program. CPE INFORMATION: CPAs may earn up to 18 CPEs: Accounting: 2 possible; Finance: 4 possible; and Business Management & Organization: 12 possible, depending on sessions attended and discussion tables selected. The American Association of Airport Executives is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org. RECORD RETENTION: AAAE retains records for 5 years for this conference. These records include: Program outline/materials, records of participation, date and location of presentations, number of credits earned by participants, results of program evaluation, instructors, discussion leaders or program authors names and credentials.
This course will provide credits in the AAAE Continuing Airport Management Education Unit (CEU) program for Accredited Airport Executives (A.A.E.'s). Participants will receive 12 credits for attending all sessions.
AAAE reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if the number of registrants is insufficient; due to acts of God; or any other reason beyond AAAE’s control. In this event, we will notify all registrants and credit the full registration fee towards another AAAE meeting, product or service. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. Confirmation letters will be emailed to attendees within two weeks of receipt of registration. However, if you have not received a confirmation email two business days prior to the meeting, and you enrolled at least two weeks prior to the meeting, please contact the AAAE Meetings Department at 703.824.0504 or AAAEmeetings@aaae.org. Please note failure to receive a confirmation letter before an event will not be grounds for a refund.
