Registration Fees, Deadlines, and Information

Fees for the 2023 conference are coming soon. For planning purposes, refer to the 2022 fees listed below.

All fees are in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Registration fee includes all handouts, a welcome reception, the Thursday evening event, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, and refreshment breaks. Save time on registering on-site and download and complete a registration form and bring it with you. PLEASE READ AND BE AWARE OF THE DUTY OF CARE AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION NOTED BELOW.

You acknowledge that in registering for and attending this AAAE event, you agree to adhere to the cancellation policy noted below, AAAE's Duty of Care , and AAAE Event Participant Terms and Conditions

As part of our Duty of Care, all conference and event attendees will be required to either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending this event or have had a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of arriving at this event. Attendees should be prepared to provide proof of such vaccination or negative test result upon request.

AAAE accepts registration regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, sex, physical disability and national or ethnic origin. This includes but is not limited to admissions, employment and educational services.

DUTY OF CARE

AAAE is committed to continuing to provide a safe and healthy environment for all event participants and staff. The responsibility for a safe and healthy event environment is shared among the event organizers, event venues, and event attendees. AAAE's Duty of Care policy outlines these responsibilities for all stakeholders, including vaccination or testing requirements. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to AAAE's Duty of Care.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations and cancellations must be submitted in writing to AAAEmeetings@aaae.org. Cancellation requests received on or before Friday, February 4, 2022, are subject to a $125 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds after this date. Cancellations with outstanding invoices received within two weeks of the start of the conference, will require full payment on the balance due. Refunds will not be provided, and balance dues will not be forgiven for no-shows. Substitutions within the same conference will be accepted without penalties. The difference between member and non-member price will be charged if a non-member replaces a member. Substitutions will be accepted with a written request to AAAEmeetings@aaae.org. The individual substituting for the original registrant is responsible for all financial obligations (balance due; difference in fees due to membership type) associated with that substitution. Failure to receive a confirmation letter before an event or failure to comply with AAAE's Duty of Care will not be grounds for a refund or credit. CPEs

The delivery method is group-live and the program level is basic. No prerequisites or advance preparation are required. Program content is current as of the start date of the program. CPE INFORMATION: CPAs may earn up to 18 CPEs: Accounting: 2 possible; Finance: 4 possible; and Business Management & Organization: 12 possible, depending on sessions attended and discussion tables selected. The American Association of Airport Executives is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org. RECORD RETENTION: AAAE retains records for 5 years for this conference. These records include: Program outline/materials, records of participation, date and location of presentations, number of credits earned by participants, results of program evaluation, instructors, discussion leaders or program authors names and credentials.


ACCREDITED AIRPORT EXECUTIVES (A.A.E.)

This course will provide credits in the AAAE Continuing Airport Management Education Unit (CEU) program for Accredited Airport Executives (A.A.E.'s). Participants will receive 12 credits for attending all sessions.


NOTE

AAAE reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if the number of registrants is insufficient; due to acts of God; or any other reason beyond AAAE’s control. In this event, we will notify all registrants and credit the full registration fee towards another AAAE meeting, product or service. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. Confirmation letters will be emailed to attendees within two weeks of receipt of registration. However, if you have not received a confirmation email two business days prior to the meeting, and you enrolled at least two weeks prior to the meeting, please contact the AAAE Meetings Department at 703.824.0504 or AAAEmeetings@aaae.org. Please note failure to receive a confirmation letter before an event will not be grounds for a refund.

AAAE MEDIA ACCESS POLICY

The American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) reserves the right to grant at its sole discretion access to TV, radio and print media organizations or individuals that have registered and received prior authorization from AAAE at least 72 hours prior to an AAAE event they wish to cover. Due to the sensitive nature of some discussions, not all sessions at some AAAE events will be open to media. AAAE retains the sole right to grant or refuse media access for any event or section of an event it operates. Please direct all inquiries to Joel Bacon.
