1:05-3 p.m.   2018 Winter Operations Resiliency Hackathon

What are Hackathons?
Aviation Management Hackathons may remind many participants of “brainstorming.” Brainstorming is a great tool when airports are trying to solve specific problems and know who the subject matter experts and key stakeholders are.  Hack events, on the other hand, are best suited for creating an open environment/forum to solve both known and unknown improvement opportunities. In this session, participants will discuss challenges encountered during this past winter and try to “hack resiliency solutions” for next year!
