Invitation from Conference Host

As co-hosts of this year’s F. Russell Hoyt National Airports Conference (NAC) scheduled October 6-8, 2019, we invite you to beautiful San Antonio, TX. The NAC offers fantastic opportunities to network with colleagues, engage in meaningful discussions focused on priorities of our industry, and ultimately strengthen partnerships to advance our businesses.

AAAE and the NAC Planning Committee have put forth a strong effort to curate discussion topics that are most relevant to our industry. Meeting session topics will include operational efficiency, passenger experience, noise abatement programs, creative financing, and more.

The conference will conclude with an option of one of two tours:

  1. The tour of the San Antonio International Airport, which surpassed 10 million passengers in 2018, will be a great opportunity to see firsthand how the airport is managing a steady increase of passengers while deep in the throes of updating its Master Plan to accommodate additional forecasted growth.
  2. Attendees will also be offered a tour of Kelly Field, which celebrated its 100th birthday in 2017. With a rich history of military aerospace and industrial aviation, this joint use facility is home to C-5 and F-16 training wings, Boeing San Antonio and other unique civil aviation missions.

Please view the updated conference agenda to ensure ample participation in these discussions and find the steps to register for the NAC.

San Antonio has a strong history of hosting conferences across industries. If you have not had the chance, we urge you to seize the opportunity for professional development while staying on the world famous river-walk. We hope to see you in October at the 2019 NAC.
