Hospitality Events and Space

 

In order to host a hospitality event or meeting at any venue in conjunction with the ACC/AAAE Airport Planning, Design and Construction Symposium, you must meet one of the following requirements: 

  • Exhibit with a 10’x10’ booth or larger
  • Sponsor an event or item valued at $3,500+
The purpose of hospitality suites is to entertain—displaying or demonstrating any product is strictly prohibited. In addition, hospitality suite hours or meetings cannot conflict with any scheduled conference function. For more information, contact Natalie Fleet, 703.578.2505.
