Registration Fees and Deadlines

Registration for the 2020 Airport Planning, Design and Construction Symposium will open approximately four months prior to the conference dates. For budgeting purposes only, see the registration fees from the 2019 symposium below. Fees for 2021 are subject to increase for each category and will be confirmed when registrations opens.

**To qualify for the student rate, must be full-time student not working in the aviation industry. Please send in a registration form with a copy of your student ID that indicates full time status.

Accredited Airport Executives: This course is worth 15 credits in the AAAE Continuing Airport Management Education Unit (CEU) program. This course is expected to be worth 15.5 AIA/CES Learning Units or 15.5 PDHs for PEs or 15.5 AICP credits.

AAAE Media Access Policy: AAAE reserves the right to grant at its sole discretion access to TV, radio and print media organizations or individuals that have registered and received prior authorization from AAAE at least 72 hours prior to an AAAE event they wish to cover. Due to the sensitive nature of some discussions, not all sessions at some AAAE events will be open to media.
