Registration Instructions:

1. To register, please log in. If you do not know your username or password, click the "Forgot my password or my username" options on this page. If you do not have an account, click on the "Create a new account".
2. Select Register Myself or Register Someone Else.
3. To register for all three days of the conference, select the "Full Conference Registration" option, and check out. To register for one or two days, select "Individual Session(s) Registration" option and then go to PROGRAM and select ADD for each day you want to register, and proceed to checkout. Tip - under PROGRAM, use the little downward pointing arrow on the right side of the program date to expand the window and see the ADD button and additional session information.
4. Note: You will need your AAAE.org username and password to access the virtual event. Please make note of this information. If you have issues registering, please contact the AAAE Membership Department [email protected]. 

LOGIN TO ACCESS THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE-PLEASE READ: Confirmed registrants will receive their login information approximately 24-hours prior to the event start time. In order to ensure that you receive this information, add [email protected] to your contacts list and or the AAAE.org domain to your safe senders list. Important: The virtual event platform is housed within AAAE.org and will require your AAAE.org username and password. The AAAE.org username/password of administrative assistants or others who register their colleague(s) will not provide access to the virtual event. Only the AAAE.org username/password of the individual registered will gain entry. The recommended web browser for optimal viewing is Chrome or Safari.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations, cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. All cancellation requests for paid registrations received on or before Thursday, January 7 2021, are subject to a $25 cancellation processing fee; approved refunds will be processed after the event takes place. There will be no refunds of any kind after this date. Cancellations with outstanding invoices received within two weeks of the start of the event, will require full payment on the balance due. Refunds will not be provided, and balance dues will not be forgiven for no-shows. Substitutions within the same event will be accepted without penalties. The difference between member and non-member price will be charged if a non-member replaces a member. Substitutions will be accepted with a written request to [email protected]. The individual substituting for the original registrant is responsible for all financial obligations (balance due; difference in fees due to membership type) associated with that substitution. By submitting a completed registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the cancellation policy.

NOTE: AAAE reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if the number of registrants is insufficient; due to acts of God; or any other reason beyond AAAE’s control. In this event, we will notify all registrants and if a registration fee was paid will credit the full registration fee towards another AAAE meeting, product, or service. However, any costs incurred by the registrant, such as hotel cancellation or airline (if applicable) penalties, are the responsibility of the registrant. Confirmation letters will be emailed to attendees within two weeks of receipt of registration.
